My wife has been dealing with diarrhoea and a fever for the past couple of days, and now her oxygen level reads 94 on the pulse oximeter. Is this something we should be worried about? She doesn't have breathlessness or a cough right now, but I'm trying to figure out if this SpO2 level is safe, and when we should be concerned. Could you give some advice on this?

Someone mentioned trying diclomol, but I'm not sure if that's the best option. Could you suggest what medicine might help with these symptoms?

I've been having pain on the left side of my rib cage for about a week and just today I noticed there's an indent there. Should I be worried about this or is it something that will heal on its own? It's kind of freaking me out and I'm not sure what to do.
