My wife has been diagnosed with fibroadenoma in her right breast just above the ovary. The doctor suggested surgery, but I'm a bit unsure and would like another opinion. Is surgery the only option or are there other treatments we should consider? What are the risks if we delay or avoid surgery?

I'm feeling really worried because I have this sore chest pain, and it feels like there's a small lump that's growing. Whenever I move, it seems like the lump is attached and it's really painful. It's just between my breasts. Could you tell me what this might be?

I was recently diagnosed with an intersphincteric fistula tract and have surgery scheduled for next Friday. I'm a bit nervous and wondering what type of anesthesia is usually given during a fistulectomy procedure
Spinal anaesthesia will be given during surgery. You will feel a small pin-prick in your back. The surgery will take 20-30 minutes only. Don't worry!
