My wife has been diagnosed with fibroadenoma in her right breast just above the ovary. The doctor suggested surgery, but I'm a bit unsure and would like another opinion. Is surgery the only option or are there other treatments we should consider? What are the risks if we delay or avoid surgery?

I've had an umbilical pilonidal sinus for the past two years and it's been really bothering me is surgery the only option left or are there other treatments I could try first

I have a hernia that doesn't show on the outside but hurts when I do physical work are there any treatments besides surgery that could help me manage the pain or fix it? I'm worried about going under the knife if there are other options.
