My wife sometimes bleeds when passing stool and has skin tears on three sides of her anus, making it really painful to sit on a bike or the floor. We've tried everything is surgery the only solution left?

Persistent fissures with multiple tears may need surgery; check with a colorectal surgeon if conservative measures fail.

View allI'm having some pretty bad anal pain that started a couple of days ago, and it came on out of nowhere. I noticed the area is a bit hard on one side, and it's really painful. It's making sitting and doing any tough tasks really difficult. Could you tell me what might be causing this and what I can do about it? I'm pretty uncomfortable and could really use some advice.
take rest & drink oral fluids.

I've got this boil near my anus that's causing me a lot of trouble. It really hurts when I start to defecate and then it burns until I'm done. Sitting for long periods is also really uncomfortable. What could this be, and what should I do?
The symptoms you're describing suggest a perianal abscess or boil, which can be painful and uncomfortable; apply warm compresses to the area for 10-15 minutes, 3-4 times a day if the boil persists, worsens, or is accompanied by fever, increased redness, or pus, seek medical attention

I'm a bit worried about these extra tissues I've noticed around the anal area, kind of like external piles or warts. Is there any chance they could turn into cancer down the line? And if needed, is it possible to get them surgically removed?
That could be hemarrhoids,Consume plenty of water and fibre rich food to avoid constipation and plan for surgery as that is the treatment of choice
