My wife was diagnosed with PCOD and has a large cyst in her left ovary. The doctor recommended surgery due to the cyst size, but we're hesitant about going under the knife. Are there any alternative treatments or options we can explore first?

My mom has uterine prolapse and the urologist said she needs surgery. She can't control her urine when she coughs or sneezes and now there's a red fleshy thing coming out of her vagina. The gynecologist isn't available until September is this something urgent that can't wait? What kind of treatment will she need?
