My wife was diagnosed with PCOD and has a large cyst in her left ovary. The doctor recommended surgery due to the cyst size, but we're hesitant about going under the knife. Are there any alternative treatments or options we can explore first?

For polycystic you do not need surgery at all .Depending upon her symptoms like irregular periods etc . The best treatment is available .

I'm 15 and I've been dealing with a weird vaginal odor for a while now. It sometimes smells fishy and other times kind of cheesy. I also have a white discharge, but it doesn't seem to have a bad smell. It's almost like the smell is just coming from my vagina itself. I've tried home remedies like teatree oil spray and bathing in vinegar, but nothing's worked. I've not been sexually active at all, and I dont get my period regularly either. I'm really worried about what could be causing this. What should I do?
