My wife's about 11 weeks pregnant. Last month, we could hear the baby's heartbeat, but at her recent check-up, we couldn't hear it anymore. The local doctor wasn't very hopeful. We're really anxious and just wondering if there's any way to possibly revive the fetus's heartbeat and save our baby. Could there be any hope or options we should know about?

Basil Seeds (Sabza) for Diabetic and Thyroid Patients
Benefits of Basil Seeds
- Blood sugar control: Basil seeds may help regulate blood sugar levels due to their fiber and alpha-linolenic acid (ALA) content.
- Thyroid support: Basil seeds contain antioxidants and other nutrients that may help support thyroid function.
- Digestive health: Basil seeds can help with digestion and satiety due to their high fiber content.
Precautions and Recommendations
- Consult your mother's doctor: Before adding basil seeds to your mother's diet, consult her doctor to ensure they won't interact with her medications or worsen her conditions.
- Start with small amounts: If approved by her doctor, begin with a small amount (1-2 teaspoons) of basil seeds per day and gradually increase as needed and tolerated.
- Soak and drink: Soak the basil seeds in water overnight and drink the gel-like mixture in the morning to help regulate blood sugar and support digestive health.
- Monitor blood sugar and thyroid levels: Regularly monitor your mother's blood sugar and thyroid levels to ensure the basil seeds are not causing any adverse effects.

View allI recently had an anomaly scan and my babys heart rate was 183. The technician and my gynecologist both said its normal, but Im still feeling a bit worried. Is this heart rate really okay at this stage?
Hii, at 22 weeks and 6 days, a fetal heart rate of 183 beats per minute is within the normal range. Fetal heart rates can vary throughout the pregnancy, but typically range from 120 to 160 beats per minute. Since both the technician and your gynecologist have confirmed that the anomaly scan is normal, there is likely no cause for concern. Just continue with your regular prenatal care and follow-up appointments.

my doctor said I have stage two endometriosis after my first hysterectomy and now they're recommending completion surgery but I'm not getting clear reports can someone explain what this means and what to expect
Stage 2 endometriosis after hysterectomy means residual disease in other pelvic areas; completion surgery removes remaining ovaries or lesions to control symptoms.

Can a girl lose her virginity without knowing?
A woman may not know her hymen has broken, because it doesn't always cause pain or noticeable bleeding. Having a broken hymen doesn't necessarily mean a woman has lost her virginity.
