My wife's MRI report shows a large acoustic neuroma with hydrocephalus measuring 434238mm. Can you help me understand what stage this tumor is at based on these findings? Also, if we decide against surgery, what would her survival rate look like and how much time does she likely have left?

I had surgery for a slipped disc at L5-S1 level about 10 months ago but still have persistent pain in my calf and hip. The MRI showed diffuse disc bulge with postero central herniation. Why am I not getting complete relief even after the surgery? Could there be any complications or do I need further treatment?

Persistent pain after a herniated disc surgery can be due to various reasons, including residual nerve compression, scar tissue, or other complications like failed back surgery syndrome (FBSS). Further treatment options might include physical therapy, nerve blocks, or even repeat surgery, depending on the underlying cause and severity of the pain. It's crucial to discuss your ongoing pain with your surgeon to determine the best course of action.

My mom fell off her scooty on November 28th because of sudden brakes. The 3D CT scan showed a hairline fracture on her right frontal bone. Will this heal on its own or does she need surgery? It's December 1st now and she seems normal except for swelling on her forehead, lips, and black eyes. A dental surgeon said medicines should help but advised consulting a neurosurgeon. What do you suggest?

Have to see the scans and condition of patient directly . Consult neurosurgeon personally.
