My wife's prolactin level is 140 and we have an MRI scan showing a microadenoma in the pituitary gland. The doctor recommended cabergoline to control prolactin but I'm worried is this tumor serious and should we consider surgery? What are our next steps?

My blood test shows extra calcium at 12.9mg and I weigh 100kg at 59 years old. There's a parathyroid issue on the right side of my neck that's been there for 4 years. Do I need surgery for this or can it be treated with medication? The test says it's excess calcium so I'm worried about what to do next
