My wife's SGPT level is currently high at 220. She had a UT surgery last year and her uric acid is at 6.9. She doesn't drink alcohol and has been taking Live 52 for the past month. What can we do to bring her SGPT levels down?

View allI've been dealing with this annoying acidity every morning for the last few days. It's like I wake up and feel this urge to vomit, and sometimes there's a lot of gas too. Lately, it even feels like there's acid being released or something. Could you tell me what might be going on and what I should do?
It sounds like you may be experiencing symptoms of acid reflux. I recommend taking Omeprazole (brand name Prilosec) 20mg once daily before breakfast for at least 2 weeks. Additionally, you can take Simethicone (brand name Gas-X) 125mg after meals to help with gas. Make sure to avoid spicy and acidic foods, as well as eating at least 2-3 hours before bedtime to help alleviate your symptoms.

Was dealing with COVID back in April and felt better by May. Havent had any issues till now, but for the past 45 days, my stomach's been feeling really tight like Im constipated. Not much gas is coming out, even with rantac 150mg. There's also this chest tightness and occasional pain, especially on the left side and in the middle bone of my chest. Is it just gas, or could it be something else? I'm kinda worried.
take tab pantop 40mg
