Oh man, I've got this sunburn on my hands and face that's left them so tanned! I used to have a pretty fair complexion and this tan's really changed that, making my skin look darker. What can I do to get rid of the tan and get back to my original skin tone? I'm really worried about this change.

Excessive head heat can be due to various factors like stress, anxiety, hormonal imbalances, or poor scalp circulation; to alleviate this, try applying coconut oil mixed with a few drops of peppermint or lavender essential oil to your scalp, practice stress-reducing techniques like meditation, yoga, or deep breathing exercises, maintain a healthy diet rich in fruits, vegetables, and whole grains, and consider incorporating herbal teas like chamomile, hibiscus, or green tea to help regulate body temperature and promote relaxation.
