For the past 20 days, I have been experiencing stiffness in the fingers of both hands when bending them, along with frequent popping or cracking sounds in my fingers, wrists, and shoulder joints. I have tested negative for Rheumatoid Arthritis. In my recent blood tests, my random blood sugar level was 155 (normal range is 70 to 140), and my Vitamin B12 serum level was 932 (normal range is 200 to 900). Additionally, my MCH and MCV levels are low, and my Mean Platelet Volume is higher than the normal range. I would like to know what these findings indicate about my health, and why my Vitamin B12 level is elevated. What could the test report suggest?

Hi, For the past two days, I have been noticing yellow mucus when I spit for the first time in the morning. Last month, I had a complete blood test done, and the only abnormality was slightly elevated lymphocytes. I have Gilbert syndrome and vitamin B12 deficiency, while my vitamin D levels are normal.
