Sir, I noticed red spots on my palms yesterday, and today they have spread to my feet. Could you please help me understand what the problem might be and its cause? I am awaiting my blood test report, but these spots have spread a lot over the past two days. Apart from medical treatment, what additional precautions should I take at home until I get my report? I had a D&C on 9th March. For the last three to four days, I have been experiencing pelvic pain and was taking Meftas Spas. Yesterday, the pain increased so much that I had to rush to the hospital and get a USG done, both transvaginal and whole abdomen. The transvaginal scan detected a retention cyst of 4.4 cm. The pain is continuing and is unbearable. Please suggest if there is anything to worry about. MetPCO has been advised. This was my first abortion, and I plan to conceive again within three months. Are there any worries? I have attached my report.

Chronic cough may be from TB, allergy, or post viral effects. If CBC, CRP, ESR or chest Xray show abnormalities, consult a pulmonologist.
