Please review my latest medical lab report. Am I suffering from arthritis? Some of my other reports also show minimal derangement, but CRP and RF levels are significantly high.

Sir, I had been suffering from joint pains and body swelling. After taking medication, my joint pains have been cured. However, there is still swelling in my hands and foot fingers, along with cough and bitter taste in the mouth. According to my blood report, S. Uric acid is 7.1, Rheumatoid factor is negative, and ASO titer is positive.
