View allI'm a bit worried about some results I got from an ultrasound. It mentioned something called hydronephrosis on the right side, but it says the corticomedullary differentiation is okay on both sides. It also notes that the cortical parenchymal thickness is normal. There's a small calculus, like 9 mm, in the lower part of my left kidney. I'm not really sure what all this means. Should I be concerned about the hydronephrosis or the stone? Could this lead to something serious?
That Hydronephrosis could be due to Renal calculus and 9mm stone is significant and needs surgery, visit Urologist for appropriate management and also consume more water

I've been dealing with prostate swelling for the past 7 years and I'm only 33. Been taking Flotral 10 mg daily but really want to find a way to manage this without surgery. Are there other treatment options or lifestyle changes that could help reduce the swelling long-term?
While you're already taking Flotral (alfuzosin), there are other options and lifestyle changes to consider for long-term prostate swelling management without surgery. Focusing on diet, exercise, and specific habits can significantly reduce symptoms and potentially the need for more invasive procedures.
