High MCV may indicate B12 deficiency or alcohol use. Chest pain requires further evaluation despite normal Xray.

I have been suffering from recurrent oral ulcers since December. Currently, only two marks remain. I have consulted a dentist, general physician, and ENT surgeon. All said these are aphthous ulcers. Blood tests are normal, and biopsy was not recommended. My Vitamin B12 is now 271 after taking B12 injections and Rinifol. There is no pain like before, but the ulcers persist. What can I do to get rid of this problem permanently?
