So, all my lung and chest reports came back normal, but I'm still experiencing shortness of breath. Could there be any reason for this? I had asymptomatic COVID, but it's been a while since I recovered. Why might this be happening?

View allMy grandfather had covid pneumonia and his HRCT score was 1225. He was discharged about 40 days ago, but for the past 56 days, his oxygen level drops to 92-93 while he's asleep and goes back up to 96-97 once he's awake. Is this something dangerous? What can we do to help him? Everything else looks fine except his D-dimer, which is high at 1.06 when it should be below 0.5, although his CRP is normal. Can you guide us on what steps to take?
It's not uncommon for oxygen levels to fluctuate slightly during sleep, especially after recovering from COVID-19 pneumonia. However, if the oxygen level drops below 90%, it could indicate a need for further monitoring. The elevated D-dimer suggests some ongoing inflammation or clotting risk, so its important to keep in touch with your healthcare provider to assess if further tests or treatments are needed.

I'm experiencing breathing problems for quite a while now, and I've been taking Montek LC tablets. Could you tell me if that's a good idea or if there's something else I should be doing? I really need some guidance on this.
Taking Montek LC (Montelukast and Levocetirizine) can help manage allergies and breathing issues caused by conditions like allergic rhinitis or mild asthma. However, long-term breathing problems should be evaluated by a doctor to rule out underlying conditions like asthma, COPD, or other respiratory disorders. Please consult a specialist for a proper diagnosis and treatment plan.

I've been taking the pill Septilin once a day for the past year since I got diagnosed with a respiratory allergy. I usually experience coughing, chest pressure, and a whistling sound when breathing at night. I'm also on an anxiety pill, Vetodep 20, once a day. Can I get the COVID-19 vaccine, and if so, what precautions should I be aware of?
donot take covid vaccine if you are having active symptoms of allergy
