Fungal infections can be stubborn and may require a different approach for effective treatment. I recommend trying a combination of oral antifungal medication along with topical creams for better results. You can take tablet Fluconazole 150mg once a week for 4-6 weeks along with applying clotrimazole cream on the affected areas twice daily.
