So I've been dealing with this fungal infection on my mouth, forehead, belly, and thighs, and it's just so frustrating. Ive tried all sorts of creams like terbinafine, pendrum, and lulifine, but it just keeps coming back. I'm really worried about this and not sure what to do next. Any advice on how I can get rid of it for good?

Fungal infections can be stubborn and may require a different approach for effective treatment. I recommend trying a combination of oral antifungal medication along with topical creams for better results. You can take tablet Fluconazole 150mg once a week for 4-6 weeks along with applying clotrimazole cream on the affected areas twice daily. Make sure to keep the affected areas clean and dry to prevent further spread of the infection.

I'm considering trying Jiaobi skin whitening cream, but I'm a bit worried about its safety. Does it have any harsh chemicals in it? Is it okay to use it for the long term? I'd appreciate any advice on this.

Jiaobi skin whitening cream may contain harsh chemicals like hydroquinone, mercury, or steroids, which can have adverse effects with long-term use, so exercise caution and consult a dermatologist before using it.

My aunt has been dealing with paronychia for the past ten days, and its really worrying because her fingers have become hard. We tried to drain out the pus, and I think weve gotten rid of all of it, but shes now feeling really weak, can't talk well, and has a fever. She lives in a village in North Karnataka. What should we do next? Really concerned!

The symptoms suggest that she is in sepsis, better to visit nearest hsopital for further management
