I'm dealing with some itchy and flaky skin, and I'm really worried it might spread further. Could it be something serious? Also, I'm not diabetic, and though I have high blood pressure, it's well-managed. Any advice on what this might be or how to treat it?

It sounds like you might be dealing with a skin condition like eczema or seborrheic dermatitis, which can cause itching and flakiness. Since you have high blood pressure, it's important to use gentle, non-irritating treatments. If it worsens or spreads, I'd recommend seeing a dermatologist for a proper diagnosis and treatment plan.

I have several lipomas on my hand and really don't want to go through surgery to remove them Are there any other treatments or natural remedies that might help shrink or get rid of them

Non-surgical options include steroid injections, fat-dissolving injections (lipolysis), and other therapies like cryotherapy or ultrasound according to Marinas Clinic. Natural remedies like green tea compresses, flaxseed oil, and turmeric paste may offer some relief, but their efficacy is not as established as medical treatments

I've got these rashes down near the bottom part of my testis and on my thighs close to my private area. I can't figure out what caused it or what ointment I should use, if any. I'm juggling a tight schedule, so I can't really make it to a doctor. It's getting more and more itchy, especially after a shower, and it gets annoying because I have to change my underwear. I also need to wait for it to dry to stop the itching. What do you think could be causing this, and how should I treat it?
