So, my boyfriend and I are kind of new to having sex, and last night we used a condom, but it broke. He's using those Trojan ultra thin ones. He hadnt ejaculated, only pre-cum, and he did go to the bathroom several times after his last ejaculation, so he wasnt too worried about any leftover semen. The condom broke right at the tip, and we quickly got a Plan B pill, but this is the third time weve relied on Plan B, though its our first time this year. Should we be worried about me possibly getting pregnant?

Elevated Alkaline Phosphatase (ALP) Level: Guidance on Liv 52 and Next Steps

Given your wife's elevated ALP level and normal scan reports, here's a summary of the situation and recommendations:

ALP Level Interpretation

  1. Mild elevation: An ALP level of 141 UL is mildly elevated, which can be caused by various factors, such as:
    • Bone growth or repair
    • Liver or bile duct issues
    • Certain medications
  2. Normal scan reports: The normal scan reports suggest that there are no obvious underlying conditions causing the elevated ALP level.

Liv 52 Considerations

  1. Liv 52 benefits: Liv 52 is a herbal supplement that may help support liver health and promote liver function.
  2. Liv 52 and ALP levels: There is limited scientific evidence to suggest that Liv 52 can directly lower ALP levels. However, it may help support overall liver health.

Recommendations

  1. Consult a doctor: Schedule a follow-up appointment with your wife's doctor to discuss the elevated ALP level and determine the best course of action.
  2. _Monitor ALP levels*: The doctor may recommend regular blood tests to monitor ALP levels and assess any changes.
  3. _Liver function tests*: The doctor may order additional liver function tests to evaluate liver health and function.
  4. _Liv 52 supplementation*: If the doctor recommends Liv 52 supplementation, ensure your wife follows the recommended dosage and monitors her ALP levels regularly.

Important Notes

  1. _Individualized advice*: Consult with your wife's doctor before starting any supplements, including Liv 52.
  2. _Regular follow-ups*: Regular health check-ups and follow-ups with your wife's doctor are essential to monitor her ALP levels and overall health.

Not all miscarriages are physically painful, but most of them have cramping. The cramps are really strong for some people and light for others.

I'm kind of worried because I had unprotected sex on March 20th and got nervous so I took an ipill within 12 hours, even though he didnt finish inside me. Then the next day we had unprotected sex again, and I took another ipill. My period was supposed to start on March 25th, but now its late, and I havent had any bleeding, even though Ive read that you might get a heavy flow after taking ipills. I'm really scared. What should I do?

The delay in your period could be a side effect of the pill. I recommend waiting for a few more days for your period to arrive. If you do not get your period after a week or so, you can consider taking a pregnancy test to rule out pregnancy. In the meantime, try to stay calm and avoid stress as it can also affect your menstrual cycle.

I had sex on Wednesday and then took Postinor 2 on Friday, but I had sex again on Sunday at 4 am. Do I need to take another Postinor? I'm kinda worried about what I should do next.

It is recommended to take another dose of Postinor 2 within 72 hours (3 days) after unprotected intercourse. So in your case, since you had sex on Sunday at 4:00 am, you can take another dose of Postinor 2 as soon as possible to further reduce the risk of pregnancy. Remember to follow the recommended dosage instructions provided with the medication.
