Sometimes, I feel like I'm always fighting this weird cycle. I start feeling feverish with a mild fever and all achy after 6 pm most days, even though my mornings are perfectly fine. It's like after I eat, this sickness just settles in. I've been dealing with this on and off for about two years now. It lets up for a few months and then comes right back. I've had tests done like CBC, ESR, typhoid, and even checked for vitamin D, but nothing's showing up. I'm curious and kinda worried about why this keeps happening. Any ideas on what might be causing this?

Hey there, I've noticed a lot of people around me are starting to use the Ziverdo Kit, which includes zinc, ivermectin, and doxycycline, even before they get COVID. Is it a good idea to take these meds as a preventive measure? I'm a bit concerned about what the side effects might be if I take them without actually being sick. Would love to hear your thoughts on this.
ziverdo kit not used as preventive kit covid is due to viral infection

I'm currently in Ahmedabad and I'm having trouble finding Grenil tablets here. Can you recommend an alternative tablet that I might be able to find in my area? I'm a bit worried about not being able to get it.
You can try using **Diane-35** as an alternative to Grenil, as both contain similar hormonal components. It's commonly available and can be prescribed by a doctor to suit your needs. However, it's important to consult a healthcare professional before switching.
