Sure, I've noticed that every time I kiss my partner for more than five minutes, I end up with a sore throat. It's been happening for the last three months, and I'm not sure why. I know I'm prone to tonsil infections - I get them easily from things like outside food, cold drinks, or even lack of sleep. But right now, my main worry is this recurring sore throat after kissing, which hits me within 30 to 60 minutes and sticks around for 4 to 5 days, or sometimes longer. It's been consistent since I first kissed her about three or four months ago. Can you help me figure out what's going on and how to prevent it?

Consider getting tested for streptococcal infections or other bacterialviral causes, and discuss your recurring sore throat issues with an ear, nose, and throat (ENT) specialist or a primary care physician, who may recommend preventive measures such as gargling with salt water, using a humidifier, or taking immune-boosting supplements, and also consider discussing your concerns with your partner, as it's possible that you may be transmitting infections back and forth, and taking steps to maintain good oral hygiene and safe kissing practices.

View allIve been dealing with this persistent dry cough for years, and I just found out it might be because of an elongated uvula. It keeps tickling and triggering these coughing fits. Do you have any suggestions on what I can do about it or if theres a way to get some relief?
It can be due to Allergy. Surgery is needed if it is very much enlongated.

I've been feeling like there's something stuck in my throat for a few days now. It's not painful or hard to swallow, just kind of uncomfortable. I took a look and saw a small bump, like 1 cm or maybe smaller, at the back of my tongue. I can also see my epiglottis and my uvula seems to be touching it. Is this something I should be worried about? It's been four days with this sensation, and I'm not sure what to do.
Consult an ear, nose, and throat (ENT) specialist to evaluate the bump on the back of your tongue and the uneasy feeling of something stuck in your throat

Can Ayurveda really cure sinus issues permanently or is surgery the only option left if treatments don't work? I've been struggling with recurring sinus problems and want to explore natural remedies before considering surgery. What are the best Ayurvedic treatments for chronic sinusitis?
Yes, sinusitis, or sinus infections, can often be treated and cured without surgery. Many cases resolve with home remedies, over-the-counter medications, and sometimes antibiotics if the infection is bacterial. Surgery is typically reserved for chronic or severe cases where non-surgical treatments have been ineffective
