If the test is a beta hCG and value is 0.36 mIU/mL, pregnancy is unlikely. Most labs consider less than 5 as negative. You may repeat after 48 hours to confirm.

Hello, recently we got to know that my wife is pregnant and we went to a gynaecologist recommended by my close friends. The doctor told us to do a few blood tests for pregnancy confirmation.
