Is there any effective treatment for melasma? I've been struggling with it for the past 2 years. Are there any creams or ointments that really work? I've already tried homeopathy but that didn't help.

I'm noticing these small clear bumps on my fingers and theyre a bit concerning. I started popping them and some clear liquid comes out, but they just fill back up again. They werent that many before, but now Ive got a few more on one finger, the back of my hand, and even my palm. I also see some tiny ones on my right hand, but theyre not big enough to pop. They don't really hurt unless I pop them and they dont itch either. Any idea what might be going on?

That could be fungal infection which needs both oral and topical antifungal medications and personal hygiene is more important for such condition.

I'm 21 years old and dealing with hair fall issues. I've heard about taking finasteride 1mg but only on alternate days. Do you think it's safe? I'm a bit worried about any potential side effects it might have on my sexual life. Can you shed some light on this?
