Three years ago, I underwent a biopsy, and the report showed Lichen Planus Pigmentosus. Since then, dark patches on my skin have been increasing gradually. I would like guidance on what I should do now.

Lichen planus pigmentosus (LPP) is chronic. Topical steroids, tacrolimus, and sun protection help. Avoid skin trauma and consult dermatologist for patch specific treatment. Vitamin D test, skin biopsy if still unclear.
