Today I had done an hb test. My hb level is 16.10. Is it normal? I daily do pranayama and play badminton. Does this help to reduce hemoglobin or may I donate it? What to do please provide some suggestion. I did this test on an empty stomach.

An Hb of 16.1 g/dL is normal for adults. Your exercise and pranayama routine are excellent and help maintain it. This level is not too high, so theres no need to reduce it. If youre healthy and meet criteria, you can donate blood.
Dr. Yusuf Suggests...
Take a CBC Test (Complete Blood Count) Test or Take a Iron Studies Test Test

As per the attached blood test report, the patient has high levels of hemoglobin and PCV. What could be the root cause? At what point should hospitalization be considered?
