Today I tested positive on a pregnancy test. Should I consult a doctor immediately or wait for one more week? My last menstrual period was 5 days ago, on 20th November.

If you tested positive on a pregnancy test and your period was due around 20 November, then you are approximately 4 to 5 weeks pregnant. It is safe to wait one more week before consulting a doctor unless you notice pain, spotting, or unusual symptoms. The first ultrasound is usually done at 6 to 7 weeks to confirm the heartbeat. In the meantime, start taking folic acid daily for babys development.

Hi, last month I had an HSG test, which was normal. This month, I was given an HCG 5000 injection for ovulation. My left ovary released an egg a few days ago. Now, I have sharp pain in my left ovary once a day for 2 to 3 minutes. Is this normal implantation, an ectopic pregnancy, or something else?

I missed my period one week ago so I checked at home with Prega News and it came positive. Today I also did a blood test and the HCG report is given below. Can you please tell me if I am pregnant or not as I am eagerly waiting for your answer?
