Is using clove oil safe to treat an ear infection at home? My right ear keeps ringing, and it's really irritating. Sometimes a liquid comes out, and then the ringing stops, but it starts again after a while. This has been happening for a couple of days now. What should I do?

Using clove oil for ear infections at home is not recommended as it can potentially cause irritation and allergic reactions in the ear canal. It is important to consult a healthcare professional for proper evaluation and treatment. In the meantime, you can use over-the-counter pain relievers like acetaminophen and keep the ear dry. If there is discharge from the ear, avoid putting anything inside the ear canal and seek medical attention promptly.

View allI had throat pain a few days ago, and though that's gotten better, I've started having this cough. Also, I noticed a small flap-like skin beneath my tongue, deep in my throat. I think it's my epiglottis. Is it normal to be able to see the epiglottis? I don't seem to have any other symptoms but just wondering if this is something I should be concerned about.
That could be chronic pharyngitis,no need to worry visit your ENT doctor for evaluation and appropriate treatment, consume warm foods and do salt water gargling for a better result.

I'm feeling a weird sensation like something's stuck or moving around my throat, from the back of my mouth to my Adam's apple. It's been bothering me for a few days. There's no pain, just this feeling like something's going up and down my throat. It seems to go down when I swallow but then comes back up. Any idea what might be causing this?
