Pus cells suggest mild urinary tract irritation or early infection. Epithelial cells may reflect sample contamination, use a clean midstream catch next time. I want to know if my 9 month old baby urine report is normal or not. Should I be concerned and consult a doctor? The report shows pus cells 15 to 20 per HPF, epithelial cells 1 to 2 per HPF, reaction 7.6, specific gravity 1015, leukocytes, and ketone negative.

Kindly check my report. My leucocyte esterase is positive and pus cells are 10 to 12 WBC per HPF. Is this very high. I am 31 weeks pregnant. Can this harm my baby? I am really worried.

I suspect I might have a kidney infection. My urine report shows albumin +++, RBCs are plenty, pus cells 3 to 4 per hpf, epithelial cells 1 to 2 per hpf, UBG 1+, BLD plus minus, PRO 3+, and LEU 3+. Could you please guide me on what this indicates and the next steps I should take?
