What is the 4 7 8 breathing technique?
Answered by 1 Apollo Doctors
Find somewhere comfortable to sit. If you can, close your eyes. Breathe in through your nose to the count of four, hold the breath to the count of seven and exhale through your mouth to the count of eight.

I'm really worried about my dad. He's been on TB medication for 10 days now, but he's started having sharp pain in his back where his lungs are, especially when he breathes. The doctor mentioned before it might be swelling in the lungs, but now the pain's gotten much worse. Is this something new we should be concerned about, or is it related to the TB treatment? Any advice would be appreciated.
