I'm dealing with a lot of sexual health issues, like redness and patches on the foreskin and tip of my penis for the last two years. I've tried both generic and homeopathy tablets, and while there were some small improvements with the homeopathy tablets, the redness and patches keep coming back. I've also used Clop G cream, but it hasn't helped. This all started about three years ago after a sexual encounter. The skin on the right side of my penis broke, it healed with tablets back then, but about a year later, this ongoing issue began. There hasn't been any change for the past two years. Can you give me some advice or solutions for this problem? I'm really concerned and would appreciate any guidance you can offer.

I've been trying out this NoFap challenge, where guys basically stop watching porn and don't masturbate. I've noticed some great benefits but I'm curious if there are any side effects from not masturbating or ejaculating for a long time. Should I be worried about anything?

I'm dealing with something really weird for almost a year now, the skin on my penis has been super dry. Every time I take a shower and try to clean it, the skin cracks open, which is really painful. I constantly have to put on Vaseline to stop it from drying out even more. Even the inside of the skin feels pretty dry. Any idea what's going on or what I should do?

This could be fungal infection u need to evaluate with your Dermatologist and get appropriate treatment with oral antifungal medications and topical lotions, once the infection is resolved your hair fall would come down,I suggest you not to use minoxidil with active fungal infection, above this your personal hygiene care is more important.
