On the third day, I had a lab test, which showed: RBC, PCV, and platelet counts slightly below normal No parasites detected Could you please advise what these results indicate and if any further treatment or investigations are needed?

He is having fever with temperature ranging from 98 to 103. Blood report is normal and malaria is negative. He also has cold and reddish eyes. Please suggest.

My husband has had a continuous fever for the past 3 days, with temperatures ranging from 98.8F to 100.5F. He also has cold and cough. Blood tests for malaria and typhoid are normal. CBC and urine routine tests are also normal. Despite taking antibiotics and paracetamol, the fever persists. Could you please advise what might be causing this and what steps we should take next?
