I've had hard lumps in my chest since I was a kid, and I recently read online that it could be gynecomastia or just chest fat. I'm really confused and worried about this. How can I tell if it's actually gynecomastia or just chest fat? Also, is there any way to treat gynecomastia naturally? I'm really stressed about this because surgery and pills seem way too expensive for me. I feel embarrassed around my friends and it's affecting my mood. Can you give me some advice?

I'm 17 and I've been worrying about my height lately. I'm around 5 feet 9 inches, but all my friends seem taller, like around 5ft 10 to 6ft. I kinda stopped getting taller when I was 14. I do lift weights, though nothing too intense. Is there anything I could do to possibly grow a couple more inches? I'd love to hit around 5 feet 11 or even 6 feet. Any advice would be great.

5 ft 9 inches is not an abnormal height for a 17 year old male. You will continue to gain height for a few more years. Train yourself to maintain good posture, eat a healthy diet and try to include more vertical exercises during your workouts such as basketball, hanging bars and yoga. Modify your diet to include multivitamins and minerals to boost your growth hormone levels.
