View allI'm an 18-year-old guy with a height of about 5.3 to 5.4 inches, and I'm really hoping to grow taller, ideally to around 6.7 inches. Is this something that could actually happen?

I've had this sore wound on my back for over 3 years that just won't heal. My homeo doctor recommended minor surgery to remove it, but I'm wondering if there are other treatment options without going under the knife. My blood sugar is around 300 - does that affect the healing? If surgery is really the only way, which specialist should I see for this?

I recently did a sugar test and my fasting level was 92, not sure if that's okay. After eating, it was 150. I have a family history of sugar problems, so should I be concerned about these numbers and think about seeing a doctor?
Based on your results, a fasting sugar of 92 mgdL is within the normal range, but a post-meal reading of 150 mgdL could indicate prediabetes or early signs of insulin resistance. Given your family history of diabetes, I recommend consulting a doctor for further evaluation and to discuss preventive measures.
