I'm having a tough time with acidity. I've been dealing with a burning sensation in my upper stomach and it often makes me feel breathless. Sometimes I even have to catch my breath, and I've noticed this happening for about 6 years now. There's occasionally a wheezing sound and I often feel bloated too. Could all these symptoms be connected and what should I do about it?

I've been told I have Marginal Hepatomegaly with diffuse fatty changes, but my liver function test is normal. My liver is 14.8 cm, I'm 30, Indian male, 5.6 feet tall, and I weigh 86 kg. I don't drink alcohol, soft drinks, or tea, and I walk for 30 minutes every day. I do take allergy meds. What should I do to get my liver back to normal?

Focus on weight loss through healthy eating and regular exercise. Eat a balanced, nutrient-rich diet high in fiber and antioxidants. Continue walking daily, and aim to increase physical activity gradually. Keep a healthy lifestyle with no alcohol and limiting processed sugars. Regularly follow up with your doctor for liver health monitoring and tests.
