There is no scientific proof to methods available online to detox your lungs. Fortunately, Lungs are good at cleaning and repairing themselves unless there was any chronic damage done. You may follow some steps to keep the lungs healthy such as Quit smoking, avoid second-hand smoke, steer clear of pollution indoors & outside (Wear mask, use air purifiers), prevent lung infections (Hand washing, maintain distance from sick people, get flu/pneumonia vaccines), include anti oxidants in diet and do breathing exercises or any physical activity on regular basis.

It eventually went away, thankfully. But now, after 15 years, Im having trouble again. My breathing feels offI have a slight cold and have been wheezing a lot since last night. I really dont want to go back on steroids. I've tried taking steam, but its not doing much. What should I do?

I'm feeling a bit uneasy again and have a bit of kapham. I was on Azithromycin for four days about two weeks ago, but now I'm taking this Resprilguaiphenesinambroxoltibul syrup, 5ml in the morning and at night, along with cetrizen at night, but it doesn't seem to be working. I'm wondering if I can go back to using Azithromycin, and add montelucast along with Levocetirizine? I'm not sure if that's a good mix or if it'll help. Can you advise?
