I have a ganglion cyst on my left hand and it's been causing me pain. I'm not sure whether to go for surgery or try the needle draining method. What are the pros and cons of each option and which one would you recommend for long-term relief?

Can extraarticular ligaments like the MPFL and MCL actually heal on their own if they're partially torn or do they always need surgery to get back to normal I'm worried because I heard mixed things about blood flow in these ligaments affecting healing
