Hello Doctor, my reports consistently show normocytic, mildly hypochromic RBCs, and I am concerned about what this means. Hello, I have deficiencies in both vitamin D and B12. When I take supplements, my levels improve, but if I stop the medicine even for a month, the levels drop again. Why does this happen, and what can I do to maintain normal vitamin levels?
