I recently underwent a full body check up and found that I have Vitamin B12 and Vitamin D deficiencies. Blood report shows alert for anisocytosis predominantly normocytic normochromic with macrocytes and ovalocytes. Hemoglobin is 14 g per dl PCV is 39 percent MCV is 106 fL RDW SD is 72 fL and platelet count is 160000.
