What does it mean if right pleural thickening shows up in medical tests, like during GCC medicals? I had an x-ray done on my own, and the radiologist didn't see an issue, but another one mentioned I could go for more scans although they didn't expect anything serious to turn up. What could be causing this, and is it something that can be fully treated?

I'm a bit worried about my CT scan results. It showed a soft tissue attenuation lesion and several lung nodules, with the largest being 9mm. I had a bronchoscopy and the biopsy results came back normal. Should I still consider getting a PET scan, or is it alright to just let it be? I'm really at a loss here. I've been hit with two chest infections recently and gone through three rounds of antibioticsamoxicillin, azithromycin, and doxycyclineand yet my cough just wont go away. Every time I wrap up an antibiotic treatment, I feel a bit better for a couple of days, but then the fevers and cough come roaring back. The cough is awful, brings up phlegm, and even sets off my asthma, making me feel lightheaded and out of breath. It's just so frustrating. I've ruled out whooping cough with a test, so I'm really wondering what could be going on and what I should do next. Any ideas?

My dad just got out of the hospital after a 25-day stay. He's been recovering from COVID, and now he's dealing with fibrosis. His oxygen saturation levels are hanging around 89-90, and he's doing his lung exercises about 34 times a day. We have a concentrator at home, and his oxygen level is 93 at 1.5 liters per minute. I'm worried and wondering how often we should give him oxygen support and if we should adjust the liters. Any advice?
