What does it mean if right pleural thickening shows up in medical tests, like during GCC medicals? I had an x-ray done on my own, and the radiologist didn't see an issue, but another one mentioned I could go for more scans although they didn't expect anything serious to turn up. What could be causing this, and is it something that can be fully treated?

I've been having trouble breathing like I did when I had asthma as a kid. This started last Monday and seems to be happening every night since I began playing football. Could these breathing issues be related to my new activity, and how can I get back to normal?
