What does it mean if right pleural thickening shows up in medical tests, like during GCC medicals? I had an x-ray done on my own, and the radiologist didn't see an issue, but another one mentioned I could go for more scans although they didn't expect anything serious to turn up. What could be causing this, and is it something that can be fully treated?

View allI've been experiencing tightness in my throat and having some trouble breathing. I'm not sure who to see about this. Can you help me figure out which kind of doctor I should consult for these symptoms?
Postpartum backache and gas issues can be challenging. Possible causes: - Weakened core muscles after C-section - Postural changes during pregnancy and postpartum - Gas buildup due to slowed digestion or pressure on abdominal organs - Adhesions or scar tissue from C-section Consider: - Gentle exercises to strengthen core muscles - Good posture and body mechanics - Dietary changes (e.g., avoiding gas-producing foods) - Probiotics or digestive enzymes to aid digestion Consult your obstetrician or a physical therapist specializing in postpartum care for personalized guidance.

I'm a 45-year-old woman and I've been having trouble breathing for the past 3 to 4 years. Sometimes it feels like I have to forcefully inhale and it's quite concerning. I've already seen many doctors and they've prescribed medications like Feliz S Plus and Beloc Plus, but nothing seems to really help. I'm really worried and not sure what to do next or who else I can see about this. Can you give me some advice on who else to consult or what other steps I might take?

I'm really worried because my latest x-ray showed water in my right lung. I've been dealing with a dry cough and a bit of chest pain when I take a deep breath for the past 8 weeks. Could this be a sign of tuberculosis?
Ecg and x-ray chest pa view is advised for the diagnosis .
