I'm really worried about my wife. She had an asthma attack earlier and her usual 2 puffs of salbutamol didnt help. It got worse and she ended up taking 10 puffs in 5 minutes, which seemed to work. How often can she safely repeat that in a 12-hour period?

Yes,continue same treatment.Ecg and x-ray chest pa view is advised to the patient.

I've been dealing with continuous breathlessness and mild chest pain for the last 5 years, and it's really been affecting my life. My local chest specialist gave me some anxiety meds, and they help a bit but not fully. I've had ECHO and TMT tests in the past 14 months to check for heart problems, but they came back normal. Sometimes sleeping helps, but other times it gets worse when I'm trying to sleep. I'm feeling really restrictedI can't exercise or playand it's frustrating not knowing the root cause, which means I'm not really getting treated for it. Can you suggest what steps I could take or what might be going on?

try doing some exercises and yoga

I'm feeling worried because sometimes when I go for a walk, especially after I've covered about a kilometer, I start experiencing breathlessness. It's not every time, but it happens often enough to be concerning. I've done various tests like echo, ECG, TMT, chest X-ray, and all sorts of blood tests, but everything comes back normal. Why could this be happening?

do stress test
