I've been dealing with continuous breathlessness and mild chest pain for the last 5 years, and it's really been affecting my life. My local chest specialist gave me some anxiety meds, and they help a bit but not fully. I've had ECHO and TMT tests in the past 14 months to check for heart problems, but they came back normal. Sometimes sleeping helps, but other times it gets worse when I'm trying to sleep. I'm feeling really restrictedI can't exercise or playand it's frustrating not knowing the root cause, which means I'm not really getting treated for it. Can you suggest what steps I could take or what might be going on?

I'm really worried about my condition. I got a chest X-ray and have been dealing with a 98.8-degree fever in the evenings along with an irritated throat and mucus.
