I'm really confused about my chest x-ray results. It says BVM, but I'm not sure if that means bivascular markings or bronchovascular markings, or if they're actually the same thing. I had the x-ray because I was checking for swollen lymph nodes. What exactly does BVM mean in this context? Should I be worried?

Prominent bronchovascular markings is seen in infections ,bronchitis, asthma,bronchopneumonia,cardiac failure and pulmonary hypertension.

I'm an ex-smoker and used to smoke about 10 cigarettes a day for 7 years. It's been 6 months since I quit, but now I'm dealing with acid reflux and have pain in my chest and ribs, plus a cold. Ecg and x-ray chest pa view is advised to the patient. Seroflo rotahaler sos is advised to the patient for breathing difficulty.Also CT Chest is advised to the patient.
