View allI'm having a hard time getting to sleep at a reasonable hour. Most nights, I'm not able to fall asleep until around 3 or 4 a.m., and sometimes it's even laterlike 6 or 7 a.m.and then I have to get up at 9 or 10 a.m. to rush to work. Even on those rare occasions when I manage to sleep at a decent hour, I end up staying awake the entire next day only to finally crash around 4 a.m. again. It's like I'm stuck in this cycle. What could be going on, and how can I fix this?
