My mom has been dealing with knee swelling and pain for about a year now. We've tried different treatments, but the pain keeps getting worse. The doctor suggested knee replacement surgery, but I'm worried what are the success rates and possible side effects? Also, can you recommend the best doctor or hospital for this procedure?

Apollo is best for it.

I'm really worried about my mom. Her MRI results showed a diffuse disk bulge in L4 L5 and L5 S1, and there's also ligamentum flavum hypertrophy on the left side of L4 L5. They mentioned something about minimal to mild scoliosis in her lumbar spine and reduced heights. Could you help me understand what all of this means? Should I be really concerned about this? What kind of treatments or lifestyle changes might she need to consider?

Take frequent stretch breaks and drink lots of water...Discontinue using pillow while sleeping straight...Do not lift heavy objects, especially after bending down....Eat a healthy wholesome meal which should satisfy your minerals and proteins requirement...take over the counter pain medications.. Consult nearest orthopedic surgeon they will do the needful.
