View allI've been experiencing some sudden changes lately that have me a bit worried. I've gained weight unexpectedly, and on top of that, I've developed rashes on my hands. My hair is starting to gray, I've been dealing with headaches and acidity issues, and my ability to concentrate and grasp information seems to have reduced. I'm also feeling really fatigued. Could these symptoms be related, and what might be causing all of these changes?

I'm 31 and planning to conceive this year, but I've been told my TSH levels are too high for that, and I might need hormone pills. My Vitamin D is also low at 4.82 ngml. I've heard low Vitamin D can lead to high TSH. Should I start with Vitamin D supplements first? Would that help with the TSH levels, or should I focus on the TSH issue directly? What's your advice on navigating these levels when planning for pregnancy?

What's the best way to reduce gynaecomastia naturally without surgery Do exercises actually help or is surgery the only option I've heard mixed things and want to know what really works
While exercises like cardio and strength training can help reduce overall body fat and potentially improve the appearance of the chest by building muscle, they cannot directly remove or reduce the breast tissue enlargement caused by gynecomastia. Surgery is generally the only effective method for addressing the underlying breast tissue
