View allI've been dealing with vaginal prolapse that causes pain when I pee or poop, and it gets even worse during my period. Sometimes it feels itchy too. I'm 5'6 and weigh 82kg could my weight be making it worse? I really want to avoid surgery if possible. Are there exercises or lifestyle changes that could help reverse it? Also, I'd love to start aerobics or other workouts to lose weight, but I'm worried it might make the prolapse worse. What kind of exercises are safe to do with this condition?
In my opinion first you should consult a gynaecologist personally. That it is prolapse or not. We can't diagnose online.

I've had a bartholin cyst for 2 years now and really want to avoid surgery can it be treated with just medication? What options do I have for non-surgical treatment?
Yes, it's possible to treat a Bartholin cyst without surgery. Mild cases often respond well to home remedies like sitz baths, warm compresses, and over-the-counter pain relief. In some cases, antibiotics or a drainage catheter may be needed for infected or recurring cysts

I'm a bit worried because I accidentally took 2 Zandu Parad tablets a few weeks ago, and I'm currently one month pregnant. The tablets have mercury 30 mg and Khatika 60 mg in them. They're usually used in households for things like protecting grains. I haven't had any symptoms or felt unwell, but I'm concerned about any potential effects on my baby. Could there be any risks or side effects from this? Would love some advice on what I should do next.
if you have consumed it 20 days ago and now pregnant since one month(ie your last periods was around 12th of April I guess) then nothing to worry much as baby wasn't formed yet 20 days ago.. and moreover you consumed safe limit of mercury so only you dint have any symptoms.. if you still have worry then your usg at 10-12weeks wil tel if baby is normal or not as by then all parts of you baby will be formed well..if your stil anxious then consult your physician and obstetrician once..
