Dear doctor, attached is my diagnosis report and my latest blood report. Medicines taken are Vitrace cv, Imofetil 500, Anliv 500, Divaine 50 and Effipan. I am a plumbing worker, and I was diagnosed with this disease. The above medicines were taken in different dosages, and during the medication period, I was fine. Due to the recent pandemic, my medicines were completed, and I was not able to visit the doctor. Again, I got itching skin and blisters started on my body, which took me back to my initial condition.
