I've had this small lump on my stomach for years now and I'm not sure what to do about it. Should I see a skin specialist or just go to my general physician first? I had kshar sutra surgery for a pilonidal cyst back in August and the wound has healed but sometimes it gets painful and swollen. Is there any topical ointment that can help reduce the swelling?
