View allMy friend has a pilonidal cyst and initially tried allopathic meds thinking it was just a boil but the pain didn't go away. Now he's doing ayurvedic treatments like medicated water seatings and some medicines which have helped with the pain but he's unsure if he should go for ayurvedic surgery or if homeopathy could work too. What would you recommend for long-term relief?
