I've had flat feet since childhood and it's causing me a lot of pain now, especially when standing for long hours. Is there any permanent solution for this or would I need surgery? If surgery is the only option, can you recommend the best specialist for flat feet correction? I'm really worried about how this might affect me long-term.
no long term effect.

Tore my ACL in November and decided against surgery for now Ive been using a brace and doing bodyweight exercises plus stationary bike workouts Recently started running on the treadmill pain-free but now getting bad aching pain in my upper calf on the same leg Could this be related to the ACL injury or just a coincidence
Also repeat MRI Scan is advised to the patient to find out extent of the injury. An orthopedician opinion is advised. Analgesics are advised for the pain relief, tab aceclofenac twice daily for about 5 days .
