What's the best treatment for a complete ACL tear? I've heard surgery is the only option but I'm not sure I've attached my MRI report for your opinion

Complete ACL tears usually require surgery for active individuals—please upload MRI for a better assessment.

I have a rod in my left leg from a tibia fracture and it's been causing me pain sometimes. I'm thinking about getting it removed but I'm not sure how long the recovery would take after the surgery. What kind of complications could happen after the removal? Also, would it be okay if I just had the screws taken out instead of the whole rod?

Rod removal after a tibia fracture can relieve pain but recovery usually takes 4–6 weeks, depending on your overall health and bone healing. Complications may include infection, nerve injury, or re-fracture. In some cases, removing only the screws can help if they’re causing localized discomfort. It's best to discuss imaging and options with your orthopedic surgeon.

I've been dealing with cervical issues for about a year now with symptoms like neck pain, stiffness, occasional numbness in my hands, and headaches. Can bone spurs be removed through surgery and how safe is the procedure?

I recommend starting with physiotherapy and painkillers to manage your condition. If there's no significant improvement after a reasonable period, we can then consider surgical options.
