I've been experiencing some pain in my left arm, mainly in the biceps, triceps, and forearm areas. Ive already done an ECG and a lipid profile test, and both came back normal. I'm really concerned about what could be causing this discomfort. Could there be something else going on that I should check out?
This type of left arm pain could be musculoskeletal in nature, possibly due to overuse or muscle strain. I recommend taking a pain reliever such as acetaminophen or ibuprofen to help with the discomfort. Additionally, applying a topical analgesic cream like diclofenac gel can also provide relief. Make sure to rest the affected arm and avoid activities that worsen the pain. If the pain persists or worsens, consult with a physiotherapist for further evaluation and management.

I had surgery for a hand bone fracture between my elbow and wrist last month and now have two plates in my left hand. I've been resting for a month and started physiotherapy slowly. When can I safely return to playing cricket and are there any long-term risks I should be aware of?
After 3-4 weeks bed rest.
