Tore my ACL in November and decided against surgery for now Ive been using a brace and doing bodyweight exercises plus stationary bike workouts Recently started running on the treadmill pain-free but now getting bad aching pain in my upper calf on the same leg Could this be related to the ACL injury or just a coincidence

View allHad ACL surgery in January and can walk fine now, but when I try to brisk walk, my knee feels like it's giving out. There's still swelling, and I can't bend it past 120 degrees. Sometimes I get sudden pain that reminds me of the injury. Going downstairs is tough even though I can manage upstairs. Is this normal or should I be worried?
Post-ACL symptoms suggest incomplete recovery or complications—repeat evaluation and guided rehab are recommended.

My right knee ACL injury from a 2017 accident is acting up again with pain and clicking sounds when I stand or walk. I know surgery is needed but I'm getting married this December what can I do to strengthen it and manage till next year? Here are some pictures for reference.
ACL repair and reconstructive sx is advised.

I'm dealing with a torn meniscus but the pain is manageable right now do I really need surgery or can I wait it out? If I don't get it treated, what could happen to the torn meniscus over time?
MRI scan and follow up with orthopaedician is advised.
