View allI'm scheduled for ACL reconstruction surgery next month but I'm currently taking Luramax 40, Arpizol, and Sizopin for my mental health. Do I need to stop these meds before the surgery and if so, how long before? Also, what kind of complications could these meds cause during the procedure?
A detailed evaluation will help decide the best course of action.

I'm really worried about my mom. Her MRI results showed a diffuse disk bulge in L4 L5 and L5 S1, and there's also ligamentum flavum hypertrophy on the left side of L4 L5. They mentioned something about minimal to mild scoliosis in her lumbar spine and reduced heights. Could you help me understand what all of this means? Should I be really concerned about this? What kind of treatments or lifestyle changes might she need to consider?
Take frequent stretch breaks and drink lots of water...Discontinue using pillow while sleeping straight...Do not lift heavy objects, especially after bending down....Eat a healthy wholesome meal which should satisfy your minerals and proteins requirement...take over the counter pain medications.. Consult nearest orthopedic surgeon they will do the needful.
