I'm worried about my knees. I've been told I have chondromalacia grade 4, and I'm really concerned about it progressing into osteoarthritis. Also, I've started doing some quadriceps strengthening exercises, like box squats and lunges, to try to help with the stability, but I'm scared that I might be damaging my cartilage even more. Is that something I should be really cautious about?

Sinarest 500mg (Paracetamol and Phenylephrine) for Sinus Infection: Permanent Cure and Symptoms Relief
Sinarest 500mg is a combination medication containing paracetamol (pain reliever) and phenylephrine (decongestant). While it can provide relief from sinus infection symptoms, it may not cure the infection permanently.
Symptoms Relief:
Sinarest 500mg can help alleviate:
- Headache and facial pain
- Congestion and stuffiness
- Fever
- Runny nose
- Sneezing
Permanent Cure:
Sinarest 500mg is not a permanent cure for sinus infections. To achieve a permanent cure, you may need:
- Antibiotics: If the infection is bacterial, antibiotics may be necessary to clear the infection.
- Antifungal medications: If the infection is fungal, antifungal medications may be required.
- Surgery: In some cases, surgical intervention may be necessary to correct underlying anatomical issues or remove blockages.
To achieve a permanent cure, consult your doctor to determine the underlying cause of your sinus infection and develop a comprehensive treatment plan.

Carrying angle can't be reduced without surgery—no natural method works for angles >15° if exam has strict cutoff.

I'm curious about how long it usually takes to have a plaster removed from a small bone like the metatarsal or the little toe. Is there a typical timeframe for healing in these cases? Just trying to understand what to expect.
