When might I start gaining weight again during my TB treatment? I've lost about 15 kg since starting the medication and it's been almost 29 days now. I'm really worried. Will I be able to gain the weight back or is this going to be a permanent thing?

I'm really concerned because I've been dealing with a persistent cough for the past two months. I've tried different treatments allopathic, ayurvedic, and homeopathic, but nothing seems to provide relief. It gets particularly bad whenever I'm near an air conditioner. Could you help me understand what's going on or suggest anything else I should try?

Thats due to allergy, avoiding the triggering factor is the only treatment for such conditions

I'm dealing with mediastinal lymph node TB and I was wondering about my situation. I've been through CECT and EBUS, and the size was initially 7cm x 3cm. I used to have a fever, but thankfully that's gone now. However, I'm still coughing quite a bitaround 15 to 20 times a day. I've been on treatment for three and a half months, and my doctor told me it would be an eight-month-long process. Is this typical? I'm currently abroad, so I'm trying to figure out when to repeat the CECT. We've already done it twice since we had to travel, but the size hadn't reduced two months ago. Can you give me some guidance on this?

repeat cect after 6 months

I'm really worried about my mom. She had COVID and her HRCT score was 825. She took azithromycin, ivermectin, and multivitamin like Limcee for five days, and now she's feeling okay, but she's still testing positive. Does she need any more treatment for her lungs? Do we need to do anything else?

the treatment given above is enough . ask her to do spirometry exercises
